Are Varifocal and Progressive glasses different?

Progressive and Varifocal glasses are the same type of glasses. Individuals with distant and reading discomfort use these glasses. Progressive or varifocal glasses allows you to wear the only type of glass for far and nearsightedness so you don’t have to buy and use two different glasses.
